This booking and cancellation policy is valid when booking or cancelling a room via our online reservation system, by email or by telephone. Please read below about non-refundable rates, where different policies apply. All bookings are confirmed with a credit card or a separate company agreement.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
Non-Refundable rates are not refundable, and bookings may not be modified or cancelled.
Full payment in advance required.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hotel room will be at your disposal from 15.00 o’clock (3.00 p.m.) onwards on the day of your arrival. On the day of your check-out the room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
Between 1.6-31.8 free cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival. Later than that the hotel has the right to charge the full amount for the reservation, nevertheless no more than 3 days.
Between 1.9.-31.5. free cancellations until 1 (one) day prior to arrival. Later than that the hotel has the right to charge the price of one night plus taxes.
In case of a No-Show the hotel has the right to charge the customer as described in the cancellation policy. Failing to show or call before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will automatically cancel the rest of your reservation.
In case of an early departure the hotel will charge the customer as agreed in the original reservation.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
In case of reservations over five rooms the group cancellation policies will apply.
GUEST ITEMS
The hotel has no responsibility for items stored within the hotel property.
SAFETY & NON-SMOKING
Hotel Regatta is smoke-free. Please note, that it’s prohibited to smoke or burn candles in the hotel rooms or the balconies. If this rule has been broken we charge minimum 150€ cleaning fee.
Defibrillator can be found from hotel as well as spa in case of severe situations. Please always make sure you know the nearest emergency exits and fire alarms are located.
The night guard contact information can be found from every room as well as general areas in case needed. If the guard must be called on site because of noise, disruptive behaviour or other vandalism, we will charge the gurad fee from the said customer.
